Damien laughs quietly as he drinks some of his coffee. "I barely notice. I spend a lot of nights guarding the workers when they go out or at the brothels."
Damien could say he was more comfortable with the rockstar behavior than the average people. It reminded him of home. The open sex, rowdy fights, the closeness between everyone.
"Remember I told you my last date sent me to prison?" Damien tucked the curls behind Zack's ear. "The government wanted me to sleep with a woman and I refused. I only like boys."
And boys was probably more correct since he preferred those younger than him to those older.
